About Nate Moline
I believe people desire to be heard and understood first, followed by exploring healthy ways to improve one’s mental health and living more authentically. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I specialize in working with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, relationship conflict, couples therapy, sexual intimacy concerns, and grief/bereavement. I am an LGBTQ+ advocate providing affirming therapy for individuals who are genderqueer, nonbinary, or exploring identity and self-expression.
I work collaboratively with clients and integrate evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, mindfulness and somatic therapy techniques to support clients in achieving better mental health. Treatment sessions focus on emotional regulation, nervous system regulation, attachment patterns, communication skills, and improving self-esteem and relationship functioning.
I am married with 4 adult boys. My wife and I now enjoy our time traveling and vacationing along the northeastern seaboard and hope to visit Ireland some time soon.
